ISO 9001-14001 certification

MATMOND used photocopiers is proud to announce its transition to dual ISO 9001-14001 certification.
Certified 14001 since 2010, we thought it would be interesting at the beginning of 2024 to move up a gear and access 9001.
Why do it, you might ask? Any certification allows you to set up processes, measure them and improve them according to the results obtained. We were keen to secure our quality of services and satisfy our customers even better.
After a 2-day audit in October, we finally have the precious sesame in hand. We thank our process managers, our internal auditors and all of our employees, all involved in the process.
We also thank our partners Cnam Pays de la Loire who supported us well in this process, Sébastien Leonard for his expert eye, and Intertek-France for the certification.
The first beneficiaries of this certification are our customers and suppliers.
