As they are a big part of Matmond, we have chosen to introduce them to you. Today, we are talking about Fabrice, our super technician.  

You may have see him around Matmond’s warehouse or offices. Fabrice is one of the pillar of the team and the company. He is also sharing is expertise on videos in LinkedIn. He knows the copier system as his pocket and will answer to all of your questions! Beware, his good mood is communicative!

Hi! I’m honor to be the first. I’m Fabrice and it’s been 21 years I’m working for Matmond. Also, I’m into aquarist, fishing and long walks. 

I HEARD YOU ARE A GOOD COPIER TECHNICIAN! WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?

I’m a technical manager. My job is to provide technical support to customers, help technicians and guide them in repairs. 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST IN YOUR JOB IN MATMOND?  

My job offers to meet customers from all over the world, which is very interesting. Moreover, I always discover new products. With this both advantages, it’s never the routine! 

WHAT SKILLS AND QUALITIES ARE ESSENTIAL TO DO YOUR WORK? 

I think that to do my job properly, I have to be patient, obstinate and persevering.
